ADS Biotec’s versatile RNASep™ columns for mRNA purification are comprised of uniform alkylated nonporous or macro-porous polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS-DVB) copolymer microspheres—providing superior resolution and excellent sensitivity. These columns can be used with most HPLC systems for consistent performance and faster purity assessment, free of DNA and other RNA, for the development of novel drug and vaccine candidates for in vivo applications.
