Multi-Parametric Surface Plasmon Resonance (MP-SPR)


Originally, surface plasmon resonance (traditional SPR) instruments have been developed for molecular interactions only. The technology has been used by pharma for more than 20 years with gold and dextran surfaces. Bionavis have pushed the limits of the technology to enable measurements on a number of other surfaces including polymers, graphene, nanoparticles and living cells.

Our Products

MP-SPR NaviTM 200 OTSO is entry level MP-SPR system making it ideally suited for teaching and educational purposes. Open design is optimal when auxiliary instruments are to be used.

Wider inner diameter of the flow-cell tubings and 6-sample automation makes MP-SPR NaviTM 210A VASA ideal for material characterization and nanoparticle research.

MP-SPR Navi™ 220A NAALI enables all the measurements as traditional SPR but provides premium quality data with PureKineticsTM and allows measurements of conformation changes. The instrument performs great also with direct measurements of small molecules.

MP-SPR NaviTM 400 KONTIO is specially designed to measure cell adhesion and cell-based interactions in physiologically relevant conditions. The instrument is compatible with complex cell culture media and other crude samples.

MP-SPR NaviTM 410A Karius is a powerful tool for both interaction studies and layer characterization, due to its simultaneous measurement in 4 channels combined with 7-sample automation.
